Refund & Returns

We want you to shop with confidence on grektea.com, and for this reason we offer a 28 day returns policy for all the products in our online shop. 

Should you for any reason not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund for the price of the goods, or offer a replacement, provided they are returned to us within 28 calendar days following receipt of your goods. All returned goods must be unused, with their original content and in their original undamaged packaging including, where applicable, security and quality seals still attached and in tact.

The cost of collecting or returning the goods to us must be paid by you. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you.

Please note that we can not be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. We therefore recommend using a reputable courier when returning goods.


RETURNS POLICY

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel or return your order up to 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods. Provided you notify us of your cancellation within 14 calendar days of receipt of your goods and that the goods are returned to us – in their original, unused and undamaged condition – within 14 days of your notification, you will receive a full refund for the price of the goods and the least expensive delivery postage option (generally standard delivery) for the order if such a charge was levied with your original order. You must notify us immediately, should you wish to cancel or return your order, by contacting us (hello@grektea.com) and quoting your order number. If you wish to return goods after the 14 calendar days after receipt of your goods period, please refer to our returns & exchanges information.

Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with the goods you purchased and wish to return a product to us, you may do so within 28 calendar days of receipt of your goods. All returned goods must be unused, with their original content and in their original undamaged packaging including, where applicable, security and quality seals still attached and in tact. We will offer a full refund for the price of the goods, or offer a replacement. The cost of collecting or returning the goods to us must be paid by you. Return delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you. Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since delivery of your goods, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We endeavour to process refunds within 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@grektea.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: GREK Ltd, Easistore, Hart Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME16 8RF, United Kingdom. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. With the exception of returns for faulty, damaged or incorrect items being sent to you, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, if arranged by us, will be deducted from your refund. 

If return shipping is arranged by us, we reserve the right to select our preferred method of shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned goods and we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. We therefore recommend using a reputable courier when returning goods.
